First time ever doing pistols!! Such a win 🙂 I went into this thinking …. why didn’t she give me a scale for pistols…. they were fairly slow but I did all 50.

Tried to limit rest (breaks to under 10sec) on burpee pullups as much as possible from the pistols being so slow.

Kept row pace around my 2k pace (a bit slower, 2:08 pace vs 2:02 ish 2k pace)
