The first part of this was absolutely barf, I’m not sure what happened but I felt like I was going to pass out. Got capped with 12 reps left to complete…… very bummed.

Hang squat clean = 160! Stoked! 155 was a grind and 160 went up so easy/smooth. Ran out of time but was going to go for 165.
