Finished 1st part right at 8min, 2nd part finished at 22:45.
I could cry tears of joy. Haven’t hit or even attempted a squat clean heavier than 145 in probably over a year bc of my hip. 155 felt so good/strong/upright, catch was good didn’t crash onto my shoulders or chest. really really happy with this today.
Also was pretty happy w/the second half. I did all PC’s as singles and broke up the FS and STOH as 8/7/6/5/4. Shoulder to OH felt strong really feeling difference in OH strength/stability.
