20 minute HSW practice – I skipped this today my shoulders were feeling tired. Instead I rode C2 at conversational for 30min and walked/jogged air runner for 20min.

I felt like I moved fast throughout and kept moving. The pull-ups in second piece I broke up as 12/5 and 5/5/2 and was really happy with that, biggest sets of PU I’ve ever done in a workout.
