Broke up 27 as 7/5/5/5/5, 21 as 6/5/5/5, 15 as 3 sets I don’t remember how, 9 as 6/3 (lesson learned in making sure I know all the reps I have to do ahead of time)
Rowing paced first round 800-900, second around 750, third 730-740ish
This was tough ….. I also was trying to think positively – there was no way in hell I would have done 35lb thrusters this time last year (I think this would have been possibly not doable during the open last year either) so really happy with progress here 🙂
