DB movements felt great today, specifically the PC, I remember that being very tough for me during the last TD that we did them (it’s been months, but still). Took a super deliberate rest (10-12sec) in between the PC and the HSPU to make sure I could knock them all out at once no problem. Otherwise, tried to move quickly into next movement w/minimal rest. HSPU felt so great today! Really happy w/progress and being able to do them in a wkout 🙂
