I’m feeling like this weight is “light” but trying to remind myself that the cut is likely affecting that and really happy about the quality improvement. I went back and looked at some of my early squat videos too, so so so much improvement π

=Completed 2 full rounds + through 200m ski in 3rd round. Felt good! Kept pace consistent on all ergs; 2:14 ish on C2, 2:12 on row, 2:20 on ski. Step overs feeling more consistent w/footwork and more efficient in general.
