Ring dip & HSPU negatives both felt really solid/strong.

Worked on pulling less w/arms and more standing up w/legs on rope climbs.

TTB were still not great 😦 trying to let it go, feet not touching bar still and generally I feel fatigue fast. Kip was stronger than LW.

K. pullups similar to last week, did in sets of quick 3’s and felt solid.
