I did something a little different this week.

=10/9/8 – these have been feeling stronger each week

Self directed hike or bike ride 
60-90 min @ conversational pace

=Did 5 miles w/the 20lb vest, took about 2 hrs. Traps/shoulders and feet/ankles started to get tired in last 1-2 miles.
