=Bike and tan sesh! Did 15k (took about 34min) at a 2:16 pace. Felt great

Gymnastics group

^Great, minus the rip – TTB and HSPU feeling more confident in both of these, loving the progress. Pull-ups as well, I’ve not tried to do a kipping pull-up since my initial consult with you, they felt totally different today and so much better!
