Yay! I’m thankful for the push! I had a lot of fun last week and I’m excited to continue to do them! Even after this weeks’ soul crusher.

This week was:

2min AMRAP x5 rounds, 1min rest between rounds

50 DU’s/10 DB power clean 35#/with remaining time – WB 14# to 9ft target – score is WB

I got 55. My best rounds were the 1st and 4th. Not gonna lie I was, at first disappointed; but I also know that 3 months ago this would have looked a lot different and my DU’s are a lot better now than they were then.

The DU’s were the limiter here and I did not have one round that went smoothly today. I think I was trying to go too fast, I also noticed my arms in a part of the video and they were waaaaay out from my body. My foot pain was minimal though and minimal in the days after as well, yay! The DB cleans were fine – broke them up into 2 sets of 5, my shoulders and breathing were extra tired from all of the missed DU attempts so that affected these a bit too. WB were great, felt great, unfortunately I didn’t get much time at them.

^ ummm this is hard! Well the big toe lift is hard! Everything else I could do/manage well enough but I really struggled with the big toe only.
