TTB variation felt good, my hands/grip started to fatigue before anything else. I broke this up as 15/10/5/8/8/6/8 (weird) Last 2 sets I felt fatigue in my shoulders/back/core. Burpees, yikes, slow for sure – hand to face – I feel weird saying this but I’ve never done a step up BP before. I adjusted once you said something about it and it definitely felt better/more efficient. DL were tough and felt much harder than this weight normally does for me especially cycling them was hard – felt fatigue in back and hamstrings like I couldn’t hold a tight position or it was harder to told tight position.
