This was fun! I also realized maybe I should have scaled the calories? I did reduce to 10cal on the ski to have a little rest between but otherwise did 12 for all the other movements. The DL’s felt good, I did them pretty slow for the most part. I think I should have gone a little lighter on those (the last round was tough), each round of weights felt challenging but I was still able to have about 30s of rest each round. The last round in general was hard, noticeably slower but still finished within the minute.

I also did a 10k C2 bike at light pace
