This felt great, went unbroken on the DB cleans, kept my AB pace between 300-350 watts each round.

100ft Walking Lunge/15 Burpee to 6″ target = 3 total rounds

Walking lunges felt better than last Saturday but still got hard (fatigued) after the first round. Burpees were terrible, slowed down fast beginning in the first round.
