Ran, foot felt good. A little tight/sore from DU’s 3 days prior but felt good during and did not cause any additional pain/soreness after.
Used #20 for the DB squat cleans. These spiked my heart rate more than any other movement.
Walking lunges (fatigue) and DB squat cleans (heart rate) were the most challenging.
